I cannot send such a certification. Signature has NEVER been given help of any kind from Citrix. Comet is a well behaved windows program. As such it should work under Citrix. Signature supports its developers and Customers as much as it can. Some of our customers also have Citrix. When we hear of problems with those accounts, we do as much as we can to help them. This includes making accomodations in Comet itself.
How can I in good faith "certify" that my product will work with whatever changes some other entity makes in their software without even being informed about those changes?
I cancertify that we will always do our utmost best to keep our customers happily running our software.
