Hmmm... It goes thru all your configured dirs looking for a server name (that's everything between "\\" and the following "\" in the pathname). It converts everything to uppercase, so it's not a case issue. And, if it finds the same name more than once it should ignore all but the first. Take a look at their Comet.ini file and see if there's anything unusual about any of the dir specifications.
