Currently have a customer trying to run CaInstall.exe.
The customer has indicated that the program starts and they are able to mouse click on the first NEXT button. A series of install/download bars flash by and then the following messages appear:
Heading: "16 Bit Windows Subsystem"
"E. An installable Virtual Device Driver failed Dll initialization. Choose 'Close' to terminate the application."
The customer recently upgraded this PC to Windows XP, at this point I do not know what version of operating system was running prior to XP Pro.
Need a little help to point me in the right direction or what to tell the customer.
