Transparent attribute

Found "Transparent", an interesting attribute, in VS and gave it a try. See screen shot 1. Child, non AutoSize.

However, if anything causes the COSW view to redraw (Maximize, Minimize, launching another application that covers or overlaps), the redraw brings back the dialog gray that was initially tranparent. See screen shot 2 where the launch of another program partially overlapped the COSW view.

Windows or Comet problem? Fixable?
