In order for my home machine to keep the web site up to date, I set up a scheduled task in windows.
I set the task to run at 1:00 am every day. I also set it to terminate the task after 1 minute.
In windows 2000 you can find scheduled tasks in programs/accessories/system tools/scheduled tasks. Click on "Add Scheduled Task" and follow the wizard. For the program to run select Internet explorer. Enter the schedule for the task. Once the wizard finishes, double click the task to edit its properties.
Start up Internet explorer and go to the ipposter web site.

Type in a value for the name you wish to be known by and click the "post" button.
Copy the link as shown in the resulting output page and append it into the "run" property of the scheduled task.
