One of my customers asked me today "What would we do if something happened to you". Retirement, accident, or worse. Other than saying "contact Signature", I could only suggest checking the Signature web site for other Comet dealers/developers.
Would it be worth while to have mutual support agreements that could given to customers with just the minimum infomation on other dealers/developers who had agreed to be their Comet backup.
Any thoughts to add?
