Here's how I address that question:

I keep a package that is ready to be mailed to Signature Systems that is stored in a fireproof safe. My customers are also Signature's customers. I assume Signature would know best as to where to assign my customer base.

The package consists of:

1) A complete customer list.
2) Customers that are on a monthly license plan and their monthly license fee.
3) A dvd that contains the complete development/support library with documentation.

I try to keep this updated on a monthly basis. The dvd is usually only about a week old.

I keep instructions in my desk on how to follow through with getting this package to Signature.
