It looks to me that what you want is contained in the 2nd 16 bytes of the string returned by the SECURE statement. This is the user's name. PWORD$ is being transmitted to COSW for use by CometExplorer. The Password itself is designed to be private to the user. Making the password itself available to any program would be a security breach. What are you trying to do anyway? Maybe we can help.
