Two reasons.
1. One of my customers has a database of Included/Excluded programs that are based on PWORD$. I have to remember to add their version of SECURE to QMONITOR with every release.
2. I'm adding a "security", SetGlobal program called USER that is run by QMONITOR. I'd like it to determine if the user needs to login at all or whether the PWORD$ they entered is "global" and then go on to so the SetGlobal and determine if I have a program for them to run or let them go to READY.
In either case I can't rely on the customer putting in a unique user name. Or puting one in at all. PWORD$ is always unique. Right?
Only use IDMAINT for remote CAW users.
