Set Dialog Font size

Is it possible to change the font size (points) in a dialog from Comet?

I'd like to determine the Screen Resolution using System Metrics and then set the dialog's font size for the best appearance.

If it can't be done, I was thinking that I'd have a DLL for several font sizes. 8 point for 800x600, 10 point for 1024x768 etc. Since my laptop has 13 different settings between 800x60 and 2048x1536 I'd have to limit the number of DLL's.
