HELP HELP Can not start Comet

I upgraded Nancy's system to Comet 2005 and failed miserably. She can not work. The Security Server fails to start. Once we got a message about TCP/IP port busy, but that not longer appears. All I can show now is the start up log, attached.
HELP HELP she can't work. Customers are not happy. I am not happy. She is not happy.
