Size to Dialog

CW.AutoSizeDialog, fit to dialog, does not show the control line. Fit to COSW does. I have lots of programs that do (WC) messages. Mostly "Program has been activated in PART$". And, background programs that send a "Program completed" message.

Is it possible to put up a "message box" with no buttons that closes itself after a programable number of seconds?
