importing DOS Files

We just converted from a Quantel Q68K sustem to Comet. I have really been impressed. I would like to import a DOS.csv file to Comet. I can copy it to the directory and add it to the Comet directory with DIRMAINT and everything works fine. I need to copy this same file every two weeks. Is there a way in an IB program to copy the file and identify to Comet.
