Looks like you already have the file in the QDIR. Lots of ways of approaching this.

1. The next file could just be dragged and dropped over the existing file. Many of my customers get CSV files via email or web downloads and they use "Save As" to replace the old file with the latest.

2. Go to the Signature Download page and get the latest XTL.ZIP. The logic for DIRMAINT would show you how to create a QDIR entry. You could also look at the logic for DIR and see how to get DOS file names that aren't in QDIR.

3. Look at the IB documentation for the DOS functions. You could process the file from wherever it is and not have to move it to a Comet directory.

Probably other ways.
