COSH caused a General Protection Fault

A client upgraded to ver. 362 and received the follwing error while trying to print from *SPOOL.

COSH caused a General Protection Fault in
module COSH.EXE at 0007:1642.
Choose close. COSH will close.

Any ideas what is happening?
