There were some changes made in the past few months to change the location of the CosW.ini file so that users wouldn't need write access to the Windows folder. Subsequently there were more changes because of the particular requirements for Citrix users. .361 had a change to CosP to be sure it looked in the right place for CosW.ini. Bottom line... perhaps your problem will be solved by upgrading to a more recent version.
