End-User Maxwell Fabrics is running Comet2005 .359 on a Win2003 server. A fellow there contacted me with an issue of an HP printer attached to his PC that would not print condensed. He moved the printer to his server so I could connect up via PCAnywhere and run tests. Sure enough, I'd set up Condensed printing in his Comet, had
the printer ( an HP4250 ) configured with PFONTC and it would come out 10 CPI. The server also had bad hyperlink colors. I finally got around to checking the COSW.INI file and there was no file! I sent over my COSW.INI file, ran an additional test of the compressed font and that did come out compressed. The hyperlink colors were still bad. My question is: Was there an issue with one of the releases such that it was not creating a COSW.INI file in some installs? What version fixed this or is it a work-in-progress? Tom.
