As we discussed in may, the current comet has components that run in the 16 bit subsystem of windows. I do not think that this subsystem is available in the 64 bit windows.
We postponed the implementation of an all 32 bit version of Comet for at least one year. I do not think there will be a build of comet that runs on one of these machines unless one of the following happens:
1. We implement the 32 bit comet that we discussed in may.
2. Someone in the windows community implements a way for 64 bit machines to run 16 bit apps.
I do not think either one of these will happen for at least a year.
