The 316 seems to be a universal trigger that takes in serial characters and must have a relay in it to cause the solenoid of the cash drawer to activate.
What port do you want this string f characters to go to? COM1 or COM2?

I have no experiance with citrix myself. Maybe someone else on this forum can help with that ntvdm problem.
