Signature has several servers with two nic cards in them. When I bring up the security server it tells me that it is listening on ALL of the assigned IP addresses for both nic's. If I disable one of the cards, the security server does not see it.
Check out the log screen on the security server. What does it say? I think Grant has the right idea.
