I created a file on a directory with the following code:

CREATE 'FILE.TXT',1024,T,DIR=ZFXD$

The record format that was used to write the file was 1,050 bytes.

When the file is created on a type 'S' directory, the record is truncated at 1,024 bytes.

When the file is created on a type 'C' directory, the file size is extended to 1,050 bytes.

Is this a feature or a bug?
