I did not copy this file definition from #FILES. I created a new file from scratch and that's where I noticed that I did not have an IB name, etc.
And this new record layout should not be in DB manager because it is a record in the Z1 file which has dozens and dozens of different record layouts. In fact, each record is unique! I used the the DB Mgr to create a pretty INCLUDE file. And I surely don't want the file name as the format name. Too many record layouts in this messy file!
