It is on the opening of the file and I just found another occurance of this at another site. It may be a speed issue as these are slower systems.
Also...these two locations have directories on different volumes (physical disks)...object code and O/S may be on a different volume with different UNC name than the file being renamed. Although the rename is always renaming to the same volume.
