Background Images / color schemes

I just consolidated 3 servers into one running Comet 2006. Each of those servers was an unique company. I now have all three companies open on my desktop at the same time and they all look the same. It's a little confusing.

How can we make this less confusing? I know I can change colors by session, but can we force a unique color set based on which data directory the user chooses?

Is it possible to offer up a background image of some sort depending on data directory?
