The easiest solution and the most consistant is to set the value in the windows title bar (see http://www.signature.net/ib/WINDOWSTITLE.HTM).
What is helpfull about this is that the same title also appears in you task bar. What we did is to have the menu program set the title bar to "Comet:[System ID]-[Program ID].
This way you see Comet:EBG-Order Entry on both the title bar and task bar icon.
