I see what you mean. I reproduced this behavior. I guess the best way around this is to copy the keyfile to your startin folder and just specify the file name in the shortcut. We will look into this further when we get a chance unless it is a high priority for you.
It seems like the keyfile argument cannot take spaces in the path name.
