Grant, thanks for the step by step info...I do not have a glowing led on the usb dongle...so should i presume the USB DONGLE IS BAD? We do have a usb printer that does function from these usb ports on the pc...so I am assuming the usb ports are fine...I have tried the usb dongle in the ports the printer works from...
