I am implementing an PDF email printer project and are running into some problems. I get random error 27's (reported by prgm emailptr) and sometimes the error msg "There was no document to process". According to what I found on the website I guess I should start by upgrading to the latest release of the REL directory. In the mean time I have a couple of questions I hope someone could answer for me:
1) Are the errors reported in the emailptr documented anywhere?
2) Is the source available to emailptr? If,so, where could I find it?
3) does the email.ini file have to exist in a specific directory? Can it be shared on a server drive or must it be on the local pc'c drive?
4) Sometimes the program runs fine (and the log file looks good, the pdf file is created), but the email never makes it to its destination. Anyone ever have this happen? I know the email address is valid, its my own.

Thanks in advance,

Jim Barbaruolo
