CMC Repro. & Assoc., Inc. (CMC) was sold a single user
system in July 1994. A Signature password was issued
for Comet 503, later passwords were issued for Comet
504, Comet 98, Comet 2000, & Comet 2002, all single
user systems. "The Reprographic Solution" (TRS)
application software was licensed to (CMC) for a
single user system only. CometAnywhere on this system
will be in violation of their Single user license
agreement. They must re-license and pay for the
upgrade to a multi-user system. Creative Computer
Systems was
the Signature dealer of record.

If (CMC) has been sold to ABC Imaging the Signature
license as well as the license for "The Reprographic
Solution" (TRS) are no longer valid. As ABC has
locations all across the country care must exercised
that illegal copies of the application software are
not made available to the other locations of ABC. All
Copies of (TRS) object programs must be destroyed or
returned to me, including any that you may have made
for yourself. It should also be noted the Object code
must not be decompiled.

I had attempted to sell my software to ABC giving on
site demonstrations on more than one occasion years
ago, to no avail. They should not be allowed to
acquire it through the purchase of one of my clients.

Even though Creative no longer exists all rights it
had were assigned to me, its former President. I have
all the source code and still provide support to those
clients of Creative that wish to have my support.
