upon reviewing their application software it was determnined that I would convert their Quick-Books Financial software to an Accounts Payable and General Ledger system I've custom written over the years. Payroll is a consideration and we're re-writing the Accounts Receivable and Invoicing portion of their system. The data files used by your A/R system will be exported to the newer system. ABC Imaging is a consultant firm and has no plans to purchase/acquire CMC Repro.
I guess to summarize, all software is being replaced. ABC Imaging has purchased a valid 3 user CometAnywhere 2006 system that's being run on a Windows 2003 Server based system. ABC Imaging has no plans, other than being a consultant to CMC Repro. All contractual business
correspondance is being conducted with ABC Imaging.
