I have upgraded one of our customer to the lastest REL (06.04) in hopes to help solve some issues we are having with the emailptr program. We have setup an PDF Emailptr there and are still having problems when it runs. We are running it on two seperate machines there and are getting two different results. They both create the PDF file ok, but the email never gets sent. The first machine just appears to hang in the "EmailPtr" prgm after the PDF file is created. The pstat reports the following:
Program: EMAILPTR
Current LUN: 54
File: G03
Last system function: 10
Laster User Excp: 11
Next user address: 1438
On another workstation, the emailptr prgm is reporting an unexpected error 10 (windows type pop-up error message). Below are the actual lines from the email log file.
Signature Systems Email Printer Started Mon, 08 May 2006 10:40:44 -0500 +0100
GMT time will be used for the date
WEOL 1
+OK CRLF will be appended to write records.
TIMEOUT 30
+OK Timeout changed to 30 seconds
CONNECT 10.0.1.2 25
+OK Connect 10.0.1.2 on port 25
Is there a list of these error codes somewhere? Any help anyone can offer would be appreciated.
