Stephen, it appears to me that your slashes on your share name are going in the wrong direction:
ie: //devineserver/4410:RAW,ffclose,;
ie: \\devineserver\4410:raw,ffclose,;
Also, after changing the direction of the slashes and if it still doesn't work try changing (W)indows printer to (L)ocal printer. I still get confused on which way to go there.
