CometFaxSupport install

I'm having trouble installing CometFaxSupport.
I get an error: Comet was not found on this system. Please make sure that Comet is installed on this system before re-trying this application.
Win XP Ver 2002 Service Pack 2.
Comet Security Server 32 Ver 6.02.
Comet File Server 32 Ver 6.08.
Comet 2006 Build .372.
Comet startup : D:/Comet.
Any clues?
