Hi Doug. The installer for CometFax support expects to find a registry entry that will tell FaxManJr where Comet is installed on the system. This product does require that Comet be installed and running on the target system. Please make sure that these conditions are met. Below is the registry entry that we're looking for:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Signature Systems\Comet for Windows\Startup Comet
