(Easy Scan) and (Full Scan Codes Passed)

Please Help,

I am able to isolate ALL of the inputs from (Easy Scan), values 1 thru 14.

However, I am unable to implement the FULL SCAN CODES PASSED. When I press (ALT and the number 1) at the same time I should get a decimal value of 120 however it does not even recognize that the keys were presed. I am running comet 2004 build 354 on an windows server 2000. The terminal is an XP Professional.

If I press HOME with the full scan codes passed then I get a zero value but it does give me the transmit. However, the ALT-1 or ALT-Q does not force a transmit.
