Comet will not load

Customer has one workstation that will not load Comet. FIrst she gets the Windows message to the effect that COSW.EXE encountered and error and does she want to send a message to Micro$oft. The second time she tries Comet she gets a message that a file needed for Comet can not be found.
She has run the Workstation installation exe more than once.
I have attached the startup details.
Can we help her?
