My brain is fried.
I need to read a bunch of CSV files created by a Windows app.
I need to CREATE each to get a QDIR entry. If I run the program more than once (a likely scenario when testing), I wont get an Excp 13 on the create; I'll get a EXCP 2. So I should simply ignore all Exceptions.
But when the thing is live, a CREATE that does not get an error means there really is no such file and an empty file is created.
Oh my brain is fried.
What is a recommended scheme to handle importing external files?
