CometAnywhere Session Restart

I am setting up a user to run his branches via CA, I have each PC logging on to a specific session. Something has happened and they claim that the program wont run. According to partition status it is running. How can I kill that partition so I can run it from my PC and see what their error is ? If I kill it, then it comes back as qmonitor not cmonitor and is of no use to anyone. ( Latest versions of everything)
