Why do I tie things,(invoice nos, locations etc.) to a specific terminal ? Is this old fashioned ? a throwback to Qantel ? Should I be tying things to the operator. I notice in earlier forums that many people have problems because they have things tied to specific terminals so I am not the only one doing it this way.
This would alleviate the above problem, provided I had a few spare sessions as they would just grab the next session. Then I am OK until I have all sessions running qmonitor.
