Almost 3 years ago I pestered you about this because it wouldn't work. It use to work but somewhere between 2000 and 2003 some change was made to QCRT that prevented it from working. You then told me about TransparentColor and I could not getting it to work.
Your sample code shows where I was wrong, I assumed that the TransparentColor should be before the WallPaperBitmap mnemonic. A simple mistake that makes a whole world of difference. I can now re-enable my wallpaper that has been turned off for nearly 3 years.
