There is a simple diagnostic program supplied with the server products release for checking to see if the plug has been initialized. It's called CbUsb.exe. You'll find it in the Comet Services folder where you installed the release. Run it. If it does not properly identify the plug and its serial number, and you're certain the USB port is working, you'll need to contact Twila for a replacement dongle.
