Probably the best way to access the data from outside of Comet is thru the use of CometLib. It gives you the ability to interface to Comet files from any language capable of attaching to a COM object. This is only available to newer versions of Comet using the CFAM file system and requires a special license.
We do have ODBC but it is a client-side product only. You cannot use it to access Comet data.
The other way to do a web interface for Comet data is from inside of Comet using XAP. Below is a link to information about that product.
