CometServerProducts problem on new Win2003sbs server

I am having a problem getting Comet to run correctly on a new win2003sbs server. I originally installed CometServerProducts611 & now have installed CSP608 (this is what is running at most of our accounts) and I'm having the same problem. I have also installed CometWorkstation373.

Here is the problem, When Comet is launched and CometServerProducts is running as a service, the Comet session hangs and a "Comet Database Server Error" window with the following details displays behind the Qmonitor window:
"Address Already in use"
Handle: 00C4
Function: Bind()to port

If I stop the CometServices and run Cometsec and Cometsrv directly from the Comet Services folder, Comet appears to run but a Comet Startup error message is displayed that reads:
"The Comet Net Server "N01" at address: 192.168.123.230 could not be connected" I attached the comet startup log with this message in it for more info.

I also attached the log without the Comet Startup error(The log from when Comet starts up with CometServerProducts running as a service), it looks fine to me and does not report any type of Comet Database Server error.

They were running McAfee av 8.0, I stopped the whatever options I could in the properties option.

Any ideas, suggestions, or help would be appreciated.
