There are so many problems with this installation that it's getting confusing. The Buffer Overrun errors are coming from CFAMNetServe. This may indicate a problem with the network that's causing the packets to be broken up.
One thing that really bugs us are the type "N" dirs. Are you certain they are referenced that way by all users. If anyone tries to talk to them as a type "C" that will really cause problems. We would prefer you either change them to type "C" or eliminate them from the configuration so we can see if they're responsible for some of this.
