I have checked all scheduled jobs and nothing is running, no antivirus or anything else I can find.

Here is a new error log file. We are getting error 9A's as well as the 99's and 07's. As with all these errors we just go back into the program and everything is hunky dory. The 9A's just started today. If you need more info let me know.
