a) If I'm Jack with T00-T02 and I lock a file on T00, then I shouldn't be able to open the file on T01. I should get an E7. Just as if I were Jill with T10-T12.
b) If I'm Jack with T00-T02 and I lock a file on T00, I should be allowed open that file on other LUN in T00 in that or subsequent programs.
