Gave it a quick try.
With no /s, I got the first available session #2 and I was able to also open session #3.
With /s:3, I got session #3 and I was also able to open session #2.
You need to look at the "CASessions=" control that goes into the clients COSW.INI.
You can do it programatically using "PRINT (0) (CASESSIONS=1)"
