CA Host and the /TSR

Hmm, perhaps I am not reading this correctly.

The documentation for /TSR says "Target Session Required".

This leads me to believe that only CA client sessions that use the /s:xxx to specify a target session will be allowed to connect.

If I attempt to connect to the CAHost from a CA client that DOES NOT have the /s:xxx parameter to specify a Target Session, that the connection will fail.

It that the way it is supposed to work?
