Some questions that need to be answered before we can proceed on this project.
1. FAX's are used often because they must be delivered immediately. If this is the case, what would you expect to happen if the FAX couldn't be sent because of a busy line or other error?
2. The status returned from sending a FAX will also need to be recorded. How will the status be returned to the application?
3. The current FAX mechanism, however lame, allows you to output ANY print job (graphics included) to the FAX system. Is this capability still needed?
4. Will you need to include one or more attachments to the FAX?
