I am looking at the AR Master D00 file. I can see how it would translate into a CSV file. I have attached the D00 file and the CSV file to this message. What do you think?
We chode the "INI File" format because it was open ended enough that we could add additional descriptors to fields and items for future growth.
What about XML??
